Each bundle is made to order in the UK. Please allow 7–10 working days for production before dispatch. If you’re ordering for a baby shower, celebration or other special date, we recommend ordering in advance.

For best results, hand wash the fabric item in cold water and allow it to air dry. Avoid bleach, tumble drying and high heat, and do not iron directly over the design. Full care instructions are included with your bundle.

As our keepsake bundles are made to order, we’re unable to accept returns for change of mind once production has started. If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible so we can make it right.
