Returns, Refunds & Order Changes

All Tiny Imprints Co products are made to order with care in the UK.

If you change your mind, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be returned unused, in their original condition and packaging.

Unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, customers are responsible for the cost of returning the order.

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us at info@tinyimprints.co.uk as soon as possible so we can help.

Orders may be changed or cancelled within 24 hours of purchase where possible. After this time, production may already have begun, so changes cannot always be guaranteed.

Any refund due will be processed in accordance with your rights under UK consumer law.

This policy  does not affect your statutory rights.
